Efe is a 3L from Yonkers, NY. She graduated from the University of Iowa, where she majored in Journalism and Mass Communication. Before law school, she volunteered at a legal non-profit.

In her 1L summer, she worked as an Equal Justice Works Immigration Summer Legal Corps Fellow at Legal Assistance of Western New York in Rochester. This past summer, she worked as a Summer Associate at K&L Gates in Pittsburgh. In addition to BLSA, she is a Research Assistant for Dean Adrien Wing, Iowa Law Student Ambassador, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee Member, Themis Student Representative, and 3L LexisNexis Student Representative. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, watching reality TV, and trying new restaurants
